What began in 1989 as a small store on Route 3 has grown into the largest furniture showroom in Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties — all while staying committed to quality, value, and personal service.

Our Story
In 1989, Jack Pirofsky opened Affordable Furniture on Route 3, where Kinney Drugs now stands. As the business grew, it relocated to a downtown location and transitioned into a single-brand store under the Ashley Furniture name.
In 2009, after parting ways with business partners, we sold our share of that operation and proudly established our current store. That decision allowed us to return to what mattered most — independence, flexibility, and the ability to offer customers a broader selection of trusted brands under one roof.
Breaking away from a single-brand model gave us the freedom to curate the best options from across the industry — ensuring our customers always have real choice.
